Once upon a time there were 3 long time friends.
They grew up in the village of Cascais, between the narrow alleys and the open sea. They have grown to believe that sharing experiences, creating bonds and friendship are a precious and essential asset and after a few years they got together and created Legasea Cascais Guesthouse.
Located in the heart of Cascais, Legasea is an old restored family house that combines the tradition felt in the historic center of the village with the modernity of nowadays and the desire of discovering new places.
At a walking distance from the beach, in this house, you can smell the fresh air coming from the sea and, of course, grilled fish. Nearby, there is a wide range of restaurants, terraces, cafes and bars, and other points of interest (such as museums, monuments and the train station).
The staff, always present and helpful, provides an excellent service, but above all, personal. Here all guests should feel at home, which is why the atmosphere is relaxed, familiar, and intimate.
Legasea is, therefore, a home for each and every one of us, always having the doors open and the staff available to receive anyone who wants to embark on this adventure that is, discovering the world.
Sustainability
At our House sustainability is something we take very seriously. We try our best to help the environment and we count on your help to keep our world environment friendly.
Here’s a list of some of the things we already do:
You are what you eat
The only place we have to live in is inside our bodies, so let’s treat them right! We believe in eating organically and having a balanced diet. Even though we are not vegan or vegetarian, the power of veggies and fruit dominates our kitchen.
Love based, with lots of plants
Move your body
We believe that being physically active is not only great for your body but also stimulates your mind! And if you can practice sport outside even better! It is important for the human being to be in contact with Mother Nature. Therefore, we’ve arranged a variety of activities for you to feel good about yourself.
Treat the planet right, but also our fellow humans
Our intention is to keep alive the spirit once lived in this old family house by welcoming and caring for each person as part of the family. We are a small House, so we do like to get along with our guests. We want to know not only your name but also your story.
A good night rest
Our body, in order to function well, needs to recharge. We cannot think or act straight if we do not rest. And that’s why we believe not only in practicing sport and eating well but also in good, comfortable mattresses.
